PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact portable electrolysis device that can be stored in a handbag or the like for carrying.SOLUTION: A portable electrolytic water atomizer is structured to comprise: a tank; chloride supply means that supplies the tank with a chloride ion; an electrolyzer constituted at least of a first electrode and a second electrode that electrolyze water flowing thereinto from the tank; a power source that supplies the electrolyzer with an electric power; a controller that controls power supply to the first electrode and the second electrode; and an atomizer that atomizes electrolyzed water electrolyzed in the electrolyzer, and thereby can save labor of a user for filling an aqueous solution tank with salt water every time.
