PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method for aseptic seawater and aseptic fresh water used for various applications such as the feeding service water and cultivation service water of marine organisms or fresh water organisms, sterilization cleaning service water for fresh seafood, freshness holding service water upon carrying fresh seafood, and cleaning water for equipment and machine apparatuses installed in places at which fresh seafood is treated, and a device for generating the water.SOLUTION: Provided is a method where a water tank 3 filled with seawater or fresh water is charged with an electrolytic tank 1 with a built-in electrolytic raw liquid 2, electrolytic water or an electrolytic gas (chlorine) is obtained by electrolysis from the sea water or fresh water in a container, sterilization is performed with hypochlorous acid in a water tank 11 to obtain seawater or fresh water having sterilization capacity, thereafter, a neutralizer such as sodium thiosulfate 9 is added to neutralize the sodium thiosulfate, and subsequently, aseptic seawater and fresh water 12 are obtained. Also provided is a device where a container upper part 4 of the electrolytic tank 1 is provided with pores for fine electrolytic gas release, a valve 8 is installed in a container lower part, and the exhaust of an electrolytic product upon the end of the electrolysis is facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
