PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior ocular segment tomographic image analyzing system and an anterior ocular segment tomographic image capturing apparatus capable of achieving a highly accurate gonioscopy in a short time as a substitute for a conventional ITC (Isothermal Titration Calorimetry) analysis using SS (Scleral Spur).SOLUTION: The anterior ocular segment tomographic image analyzing apparatus: traces the posterior surface of cornea and the anterior surface of iris for B-scan image of an angle area at a plurality of angle meridians passing through an acquired cornea apex, to acquire a position where the anterior surface of iris comes into contact with the trabecula or the posterior surface of cornea and detect an end point of the anterior surface of iris traces the posterior surface of iris, to acquire an end point of the posterior surface of iris and detect the end point of the posterior surface of iris automatically detects a position of the angle recess (AR) and a contact position (EP) of the anterior surface of iris with the trabecula or the posterior surface of cornea on the basis of the detected positions of the end point of the anterior surface of cornea and the end point of the posterior surface of iris, and the two physical relationships and displays the physical relationship between AR and EP within a range of 0-360 degrees.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のSSを用いたITC解析に代わる隅角検査を高精度で、かつ、短時間で実現可能とする前眼部断面画像解析システム及び前眼部断面画像撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】取得した角膜頂点を通る複数の角度経線における隅角領域のB-スキャン画像に対し、角膜後面と虹彩前面をトレースして、虹彩前面が線維柱帯又は角膜後面に接触する位置を求めて虹彩前面端点を検出し、虹彩後面をトレースして、虹彩後面の端点を求めて虹彩後面端点を検出し、検出した虹彩前面端点と虹彩後面端点の位置とこの2つの位置関係から、隅角底(AR)の位置と虹彩前面が線維柱帯又は角膜後面との接触位置(EP)の位置を自動的に検出して、ARとEPの位置関係を0~360度の範囲で表示する。【選択図】図10
