The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is inorganic salt, organic salt, or metal salt. The acidic additive is organic acid or fatty acid of 2-20 carbon atoms containing carboxyl group(COOH) or sulfonyl group(SO_3H), or inorganic acid of phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, or boric acid, or mixture thereof. The acidic additive is arginic acid or silicon dioxide.
