PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity transmission apparatus of relative rotary section which allows for efficient transmission of power or signals, without causing the problems of breakage of wire, working temperature, and environment.SOLUTION: An electricity transmission apparatus of relative rotary section includes a pair of magnetic elements 1A, 1B rotatable relatively each other on the coaxial core. The pair of magnetic elements 1A, 1B consist of a coil 3 and a core 2, respectively, and the coils 3 are located radially inside and outside each other, and coupled magnetically. Any one or both of electricity and electric signals are transmitted by the magnetic coupling.
