The present invention refers to pharmaceutical composition in which the active pharmaceutical ingredients provide synergic clinic effects when released from the formulation with the purpose of achieving optimum therapeutic and pharmacological effects. Said active ingredients are selected from the group of angiotensin II receptor blockers of immediate release and from the groups of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors of modified release and/or immediate release, with the purpose of offering a pharmaceutical alternative to patients suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as: hypertension, hypertension phase I, II and isolated systolic hypertension, all these diseases associated to dyslipidemias such as: hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia and hypoalphalipoproteinemia.La presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica en la cual los ingredientes farmacéuticos activos proporcionan efectos clínicos sinérgicos en el momento que son liberados de la formulación con el objeto de lograr los efectos terapéuticos y farmacológicos óptimos. Dichos ingredientes activos son seleccionados del grupo de los bloqueadores de receptor de angiotensina II de liberación inmediata y también de los grupos inhibidores de la HMG-CoA reductasa de liberación modificada y/o de liberación inmediata, con el objeto de ofrecer una alternativa farmacéutica para pacientes que padecen enfermedades cardiovasculares y cerebrovasculares tales como: hipertensión arterial, hipertensión fase I, hipertensión fase II e hipertensión sistólica aislada, todas estas asociadas a las dislipidemias tales como: hipercolesterolemia, hipertrigliceridemia, hiperlipidemia mixta e hipoalfalipo-proteine mia.
