SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of artificial bones includes: a permanent straining process S01 for permanently straining a cell for producing bone matrix a process S02 for attaching the permanent cell strain to bone fillers a formation process S03 for causing osteogenesis action with the bone prosthetic material as a scaffold by propagating cells attaching to biological tissue prosthesis and a processing process S04 for inactivating the cells.
