The invention relates to a polypeptide comprising: (a) a HC-domain or fragment thereof of the neurotoxic component of a clostridial toxin and (b) a first LC domain or fragment thereof of the neurotoxic component of a clostridial toxin and (c) at least one further LC domain or fragment thereof of the neurotoxic component of a clostridial toxin wherein the first and the at least one further LC domain may be the same or different from each other, and wherein each of said fragments of said first and of said at least one further LC domain still exhibits proteolytic activity.L’invention concerne un polypeptide qui comprend : (a) un domaine HC ou un fragment de celui-ci du composant neurotoxique d’une toxine clostridiale et (b) un premier domaine LC ou un fragment de celui-ci du composant neurotoxique d’une toxine clostridiale et (c) au moins un autre domaine LC ou un fragment de celui-ci du composant neurotoxique d’une toxine clostridiale, dont le premier et ledit autre domaine LC peuvent être identiques ou différents l’un de l’autre, et dont chacun desdits fragments dudit premier et dudit autre domaine LC présente encore une activité protéolytique.
