One end of the bottom portion connected to the top portion has a stage portion and is disposed with a through hole. The bottom portion is circularly disposed with a plurality of fastening components and a plurality of protrusion ribs at a plurality of predetermined locations. A flange is extended from an end edge of the bottom portion. A plurality of notches piercing therethrough are circularly disposed at the flange.
