PURPOSE: A man-conveyer is provided to securely sterilize a moving rail by discharging ozone toward the moving rail from a sterilizer which is arranged on the lower side of the moving rail. CONSTITUTION: A moving rail is operated by a control panel(4) in order to be transferred while being synchronized to a step. An ozone generator(11) generates and supplies ozone to a ozone room(15). A ozone concentration meter(12) is included in order to detect ozone leakage from the ozone room. A controller(13) controls the overall operation of a sterilizer(10). An operation controller(18) appropriately controls various operations based on a determination result of a mode determination part(17).[과제] 오존을 이용하여 이동 난간의 제균을 행하는 제균 장치를 구비한 맨컨베이어에 있어서, 승객 등에 대한 오존의 영향도 고려한 적절한 제어를 행할 수 있도록 한다. [해결 수단] 맨컨베이어에는 오존을 이용하여 이동 난간(3)의 제균을 행하는 제균 장치(10)와； 소정의 조작에 의해 맨컨베이어를 기동시키기 위한 기동 수단(7)이 구비되어 있다. 그리고 기동 수단(7)에 대해서 상기 소정의 조작이 행해지면, 제균 장치(10)를 동작시켜서 이동 난간(3)을 제균하는 소정의 제균 운전을 행하고, 그 후 맨컨베이어를 통상 운전으로 이행시킨다.
