A baked food product comprising: a substantially flat bottom surface; a circumferential side wall forming a lower circumferential edge together with a flat lower surface; and the upper surface, which together with the side wall forms the upper outer circumferential edge, while the upper surface and the side wall have no restrictions during baking, the food product is baked from dough, and the moisture content in the food product after baking is at least 4% .2. A baked food product according to claim 1, wherein the upper outer circumferential edge after baking has a radius of curvature between the upper surface and the circumferential side wall of not more than 5 mm. A baked food product according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the upper surface and the side wall does not exceed about 145 °. A baked food product according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the upper surface and the side wall does not exceed about 130 °. A baked food product according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the upper surface and the side wall does not exceed about 120 °. A baked food product according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the upper surface and the side wall does not exceed about 110 °.
