Disclosed is a pet feeding control method. The method comprises: monitoring in real time whether there is food in a food tray starting a timing function of a timer when there is no food in the food tray comparing a timing value of the timer with a preset time threshold in real time and controlling a food storage bin to deliver food in the food tray according to a set weight when the timing time value exceeds the time threshold. Also disclosed is a pet feeding control device. Linvention concerne également un dispositif de régulation de lalimentation dun animal de compagnie. Selon le procédé et le dispositif de régulation de lalimentation dun animal de compagnie selon la présente invention, un animal de compagnie peut être nourri lorsquun propriétaire sabsente, de telle sorte que la situation dans laquelle lanimal de compagnie tombe malade voire meure en raison du manque daliment lorsque le propriétaire est absent soit efficacement évitée.
