PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic method for regenerating a connective tissue in a mammalian host.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition comprising a primed connective tissue cell and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof, and to provide a therapeutic method for regenerating a connective tissue using the composition. A composition in which the connective tissue cells are fibroblasts, chondrocytes, or fibroblastic chondrocytes and a therapeutic method for regenerating a connective tissue using the composition are provided.
