COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS TO INHIBIT STEM CELL AND PROGENITOR CELL BINDING TO LYMPHOID TISSUE AND FOR REGENERATING GERMINAL CENTERS IN LYMPHATIC TISSUES
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for assisting with a stem cell therapy by inhibiting binding of circulating stem cells to a lymphatic tissue, in a subject with a damaged tissue or organ.SOLUTION: In a subject with active germinal centers in a lymphatic tissue, a stem cell therapy is not the therapy for the hematopoietic recovery associated with cancer therapy, non-myeloablative therapy or myeloablative therapy； the cancer therapy, non-myeloablative therapy or myeloablative therapy comprises a chemotherapy, radiation, and a combination thereof； the composition is administered before the administration of the stem cells or together with the administration of the stem cell； the composition comprises a therapeutic agent that inhibits binding of the stem cells to the active germinal centers, by which more stem cells are made available for the regeneration of the damaged tissue or organ； and the therapeutic agent is an antibody to CD26, or an agent that inhibits or down-regulates germinal center formation or destroy or ablate germinal centers.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】損傷した組織または器官を有する対象において、循環する幹細胞がリンパ組織に結合することを阻害して幹細胞治療を補助するための組成物の提供。【解決手段】リンパ組織内に活性胚中心を有する対象で、幹細胞治療は、癌治療、非骨髄破壊的治療、または骨髄破壊的治療に伴う造血回復のためのものではなく、前記癌治療、非骨髄破壊的治療、または骨髄破壊的治療は、化学療法、放射線およびその組合せを含み、組成物は、前記幹細胞の投与前または前記幹細胞の投与と一緒に投与され、前記組成物は、前記幹細胞が前記活性胚中心に結合することを阻害する治療物質であって、それによってより多くの幹細胞を前記損傷した組織または器官の再生のために利用可能にする、治療物質を含み、前記治療物質は、ＣＤ２６に対する抗体であるか、または、胚中心形成を阻害もしくは下方制御し、もしくは胚中心を破壊もしくは除去する物質である組成物。【選択図】なし
