PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral tablet in which an elution property of a quetiapine fumarate is improved, further, stability is improved, and various characteristics such as tablet hardness are sufficiently satisfied, in an oral tablet containing a quetiapine fumarate.SOLUTION: In the quetiapine fumarate-containing oral tablet whose elution property is improved, a carboxymethyl starch sodium and an aqueous silicon dioxide are combined and used as a disintegrating agent.
