PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irbesartan-containing pharmaceutical composition which shows excellent elution properties； and to provide an irbesartan-containing orally disintegrable tablet having excellent characteristics such that it (1) can be easily produced in general facilities without requiring any special formulation technology, (2) has moderate strength for preventing disintegration during distribution, (3) shows rapid disintegration in oral cavity, (4) shows good elution properties, and (5) exerts good organoleptic properties at taking.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an irbesartan-containing pharmaceutical composition, comprising at least one binder agent selected from hydroxypropyl cellulose and polyvinyl alcohol.
