Disclosed are novel camptothecin derivatives having anti-tumor activity (the basic structure thereof is as shown in the figure) and compositions of such compounds and use thereof. The compounds according to the present invention exhibit very good water solubility and stability, show good selectivity among drugs of the same category, and have a very high therapeutic index. Such compounds are promising as therapeutic agents for treating tumors.【課題】本発明は、抗腫瘍活性を有する新規なカンプトテシン誘導体（その基本的な構造は図に示すとおりである）およびこの種類の化合物の組み合せとその応用を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の化合物は良好な水溶性と安定性を有し、この種類の薬物において本発明の化合物は選択性が良好であり、高い治療指数を有する。この種類の化合物は、腫瘍の薬物治療において優れた将来性を有する。【選択図】なし
