PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure to be filled with a molding object and a structure of a mold for forming the molding object.SOLUTION: The molding apparatus 1 includes: a guide member 2 having an upper guide part 21 and a lower guide part 22 a slide member 3 having a containing part 91 where both guide parts 21, 22 penetrate in the opposite directions and a slide driving part 4 for moving the slide member 3 between both guide parts 21, 22. The slide member 3 includes: an upper plate 31 moving in contact with the upper guide part 21 and a first lower plate 32 and a second lower plate 33 moving in contact with the lower guide part 22. The upper plate 31 is provided with a penetrating hole for the containing part, which forms the upside of the containing part 91. The lower plates 32, 33 are provided with cutouts for the containing part, which forms the lower side of the containing part 91.
