PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus allowing an operator to easily adjust the positions of a subjects eye and an optometric section while observing the anterior ocular segment of the subjects eye.
SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus is characterized in having an optometric unit for examining the subjects eye, a first moving means for vertically moving the optometric unit, a jaw rest for receiving the jaw of the subject, a second moving means for vertically moving the jaw rest, an operation means for vertically moving the optometric unit and the jaw rest, and a driving control means for actuating the first moving means and the second moving means based on an operation signal of the operation means, actuating the first moving means for vertically moving the optometric unit when the optometric unit is positioned in a prescribed vertical movement range and actuating the second moving means for vertically moving the jaw rest when it is positioned outside the prescribed vertical movement range.
