PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for increasing a yield of a crop while increasing the amount of power generation, even when the amount of solar radiation is large.SOLUTION: A controller is provided to control the inclination of a photovoltaic power generation panel on the basis of the amount of solar radiation and a calculating table between a crop and a photic saturation point.
