A process for degrading a biofilm on surfaces of objects by means of an extract of a bacterium of the genus Lysobacter, whereby the extract is obtainable by a process comprising the following steps: ・ culturing Lysobacter on a solid or in a liquid medium； ・ incubating at a temperature of 20°C to 40°C for a duration of from 1 to 15 days； ・ extraction of at least one component, which isable to degrade a biofilm； ・ optionally followed by further purification steps, such as ion-exchange chromatography and/or concentration.Cette invention concerne un processus de dégradation d'un biofilm sur la surface d'un objet au moyen d'un extrait de bactérie du genre Lysobacter, ledit extrait étant obtenu par un procédé consistant à cultiver Lysobacter sur un solide ou dans un milieu liquide ； incuber au moins à une température comprise entre 20 °C et 40 °C pendant 1 à 15 jours ； extraire au moins un composant capable de dégrader le biofilm ； éventuellement purifier, par exemple par chromatographie d'échange d'ions et/ou par concentration.
