PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable thin ultrasonic device, a manufacturing method thereof, an ultrasonic probe equipped with the ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic measurement device, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device unit 130 as an ultrasonic device according to the present embodiment includes: an element substrate 131 including an ultrasonic element arranged on a first surface 132a, and element wiring terminals 145 and 147 connected to the ultrasonic element； and a wiring board 161 including an opening 162 that is of a size that includes a region 149 where the ultrasonic element is arranged and is open penetrating in a thickness direction, and a wiring terminal 163 provided on a mounting surface 161a other than the opening 162. The ultrasonic element on the first surface 132a and the opening 162 are arranged opposed to each other, and the element wiring terminals 145 and 147, and the wiring terminal 163 are connected opposed to each other.
