PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent swelling and rolling-up in the buttock cover part of a back side external sheet.
SOLUTION: An abdominal side external sheet 12F and the back side external sheet 12B are not continued on the crotch side, the back side external sheet 12F comprises a main body part 13 occupying the same vertical direction range as a bonding part 12A and a back side extension part 14 extending to the lower side of the main body part 13. The abdominal side external sheet 12F comprises only a part occupying the same vertical direction range as the bonding part 12A. The back side extension part 14 is provided with a width direction center part 14M overlapping with an absorptive main body 20 and the buttock cover part 14C extending to both sides of it. A first thin and long elastic flexible member 15 is fixed to the main body part 13 in the state of being stretched along a width direction by a prescribed stretch rate, a second thin and long elastic flexible member 16 is fixed to the buttock cover part 14C in the state of being stretched along the width direction by the prescribed stretch rate, a fourth thin and long elastic flexible member 19U which demonstrates strong contraction force is fixed to the lower end part of the abdominal side external sheet 12F in the state of being stretched in the width direction, and the contraction force between the abdominal side and the back side at the lower end part of the bonding part 12A is balanced.
