PURPOSE: A repeater for generating anions is provided to interrupt the bonding of cation generated by radio frequency(RF) signals with oxygen in a human body by generating anions in proportion to the intensity of the RF signals.CONSTITUTION: An anion generating unit(100) generates anions in proportion to the intensity of RF signals. A coupler(5) transmits the RF signals, which are transmitted from a second duplex(4) to a downlink transmitting and receiving antenna(2), to the anion generating unit. The anion generating unit is composed of a signal amplifier, an RF filter, a detector, an analog-to-digital converter(ADC), a direct current voltage controller, an operational amplifier, and an electrode part. The RF signals received through the coupler are transmitted to the direct current voltage controller through the signal amplifier, the RF filter, the detector, and the ADC.
