PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified ophthalmic microscope capable of providing information of an eye of a patient in a depth direction.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic microscope of an embodiment comprises: an illumination system a light reception system an ocular system a processing part and a display control part. The illumination system radiates illumination light to an eye of a patient. The light reception system guides return light of the illumination light from the eye of the patient to a left imaging element and a right imaging element. The ocular system comprises: a left display part a left ocular lens disposed on a display face side of the left display part a right display part and a right ocular lens disposed on a display face side of the right display part. The processing part processes an image based on outputs from the left imaging element and the right imaging element, for creating form information indicating a three-dimensional form of the eye of the patient.
