PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity amount measurement system, information terminal, activity amount measurement method, and program allowing for electric power saving, downsizing, and cost reduction of an activity amount meter.SOLUTION: An activity amount measurement system 1 includes: an activity amount meter 10 and an information terminal 20. The activity amount meter 10 transmits activity amount data of a user to the information terminal 20 wirelessly. The information terminal 20 establishes communication frequency based on an activity state of a user and causes the activity amount meter 10 to transmit the activity amount data at the established communication frequency. Such activity amount measurement system 1 establishes communication frequency based on the activity state of a user and enables the activity amount meter 10 to transmit the activity amount data at the established frequency.
