PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of mitigating pain experienced by a patient when puncturing.SOLUTION: A puncture device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a skin penetration member including a needle and a holding member； and a skin extension member including a skin contact member and a plurality of resilient valves closed in a direction of a skin contact surface. The skin penetration member is disposed at an opposite side of the skin contact surface of the skin extension member, and the skin penetration member and the skin extension member are movably engaged with each other.
