A hydrogel, preparation method thereof and biomedical uses as a subcutaneous filling agent or a drug carrier or a cytoskeleton the steps are as follows: firstly, dissolving sodium alginate in a buffer solution so as to prepare a colloidal solution, filling the gluey solution into an injector, filling a crosslinking agent into another injector, and linking the two injectors together then pushing the two injectors back and forth so that the gluey solution is uniformly mixed with the crosslinking agent then injecting, and after injection, completing a crosslinking reaction to give the hydrogel. La présente méthode intègre la réticulation à linjection et ne nécessite pas de désinfection après la réaction, empêchant ainsi le procédé de désinfection daffecter la performance de produit.
