CONSTITUTION: A food extruding apparatus comprises the following: a barrel(110) including a hopper for inserting food ingredients； a shaft(120) installed in the barrel, and operated by a driving motor； and a spiral wing(121) forming a transfer channel of extruded products around the circumference of the shaft. The barrel and the shaft have a cone shape with the expanded diameter of the constant section toward the discharging end of the extruded products.
