PURPOSE: A ventilating apparatus of the first dryer for fillet is provided to make high quality fillet snacks.CONSTITUTION: A ventilating apparatus for fillet comprises the following steps. A drying room(1) is separated into several sections. The both ends of the conveyors(C) in each section of the room(Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) is equipped with a draft air duct(4) which comprises separating walls(2), a standing wall for separating(3). On the upper part of the draft air duct, a ventilation fan(5) is arranged crossly. In the middle of the draft air duct equipped with the ventilation fan, a vent hole is formed. A ventilating hole is formed in the lower part of the separating wall which faces the vent hole. Through the vent hole and the ventilating hole, filet is dried, which is at a right to the middle of the drying room and the conveyor. The ventilation fan faces the draft air duct.
