Eine Anordnung, umfassend ein Implantat (1, 1'), welches zum Implantieren in einen Kieferknochen (10) geeignet ist, und ein Aufsetzteil (5, 5a, 5b, 5c), welches zum Aufsetzen auf einen aus dem Kieferknochen (10) herausragenden Teil des Implantats (1, 1') geeignet ist, wobei das Implantat (1, 1') aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist oder einen Kunststoff aufweist, wobei das Implantat (1, 1') einen Implantatstumpf (2) aufweist, der aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist oder einen Kunststoff aufweist, und wobei das Aufsetzteil (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) auf dem Implantatstumpf (2) befestigt oder befestigbar ist, ist im Hinblick auf die Aufgabe, ein Implantat, welches aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist oder einen Kunststoff aufweist, insgesamt zu stabilisieren, jedoch zumindest in einem Kopfbereich zu stabilisieren, der nach einer Implantierung des Implantats aus dem Kieferknochen herausragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufsetzteil (5, 5a, 5b, 5c) aus einem Werkstoff gefertigt ist oder einen Werkstoff aufweist, welcher biegesteifer als der Kunststoff ist, aus dem der Implantatstumpf (2) gefertigt ist oder den der Implantatstumpf (2) aufweist.
