The present invention addresses the problem of providing a resin composition which can form a cosmetic film that exhibits excellent makeup durability and glossiness and non-tackiness and that combines a certain level of hardness and flexibility and therefore does not give a feeling of heaviness. This resin composition is characterized by: being obtained from carnauba wax through fractionation and having a softening point of 55 to 80 DEG C and an iodine number of 20 to 55.本發明係以提供可形成具有優良化妝持久性與光滑感,無黏沾性,且具有一定硬度下亦為柔軟之無負擔感的化妝膜的樹脂組成物為課題,該樹脂組成物的特徵為由巴西棕櫚蠟分離所得之軟化點為55~80℃,碘價為20~55者。
