The present invention relates to an enema device for cleansing a colon and, more specifically, to an enema device for cleansing a colon which supplies water to a colon to cleanse the colon and allow effective defecation. The enema device for cleansing a colon comprises: a nozzle unit which is inserted into the anus, and has a spray hole formed on one end thereof to spray water； a balloon unit coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle unit to be expanded； an air pump to supply air to the balloon unit； a switching valve to which the air pump is connected； a first water hose of which one end is connected to the other end of the nozzle unit and the other end is connected to the switching valve to allow water to flow； an air hose of which one end is connected to the other end of the nozzle unit and the other end is connected to the switching valve to allow air to flow； and a second water hose wherein one end is connected to the switching valve and the other end is connected to a water supply hose of a bidet to allow water to flow.
