The disclosure is directed to compounds of Formula (I) and their use as pesticides. Ar1 and Ar2 are aryl or heterocyclic rings E is N, C, or CR5 G is a double or triple bond M is N, C, or CR5 J is O, N, NR5, CR5, or C=O L is a single or double bond K is CR5, C=O, N, NR5, or C=S R1-5 are hydrogen, halogen, oxo, alkyl, haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkyl substituted with O-alkyl and amines substituted with hydrocarbon or hydrogen as given in the disclosure. The application of these compounds to a locus inhabited by pests, to genetically transformed seeds or plants and orally to a non-human animal. Examples of compounds of Formula (I) are [4-( 4-Trifluoromethoxy -phenylazo)-phenyl ]-carbamic acid (2S ,3R ,4R ,5S ,6S)-4-ethoxy-3,5-dimethoxy-6-methyl-tetrahydropyran-2-yl ester and [4-(3-trifluoromethoxyphenylazo)-phenyl]-carbamic acid (2S ,3R ,4R ,5S ,6S)-3,5-dimethoxy -4-ethoxy -6-methyl-tetrahydropyran -2-yl ester.
