A computer system for reorienting, reducing anxiety, and/or reducing delirium risk of a patient in a hospital is provided. The computer has a central processing unit (CPU) for executing machine instructions for a passive and active module and a memory for storing the machine instructions. The machine instructions implement functions when executed by the CPU. Patient-specific content is inputted into the CPU. The system then communicates the patient-specific content from the CPU to the patient by displaying and looping the patient-specific content such that any point of the loop of the patient-specific content helps reorient and reduce anxiety and delirium risk.La présente invention concerne un système informatique permettant de réorienter un patient hospitalisé, de faire baisser son anxiété et/ou de réduire le risque de délire chez lui. Les instructions machine permettent la mise en œuvre de fonctions lorsquelles sont exécutées par lunité centrale. Une certaine quantité dinformations propres au patient est entrée dans lunité centrale. Le système transmet ensuite lesdites informations propres au patient de lunité centrale au patient en affichant et en faisant tourner en boucle lesdites informations propres au patient de façon à ce quun élément quelconque de la boucle constituée des informations propres au patient aide à réorienter celui-ci, ainsi quà réduire son anxiété et le risque de délire chez lui.
