PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a wheelchair to a vehicle in good balance in such a way that the tension in right and left wires are the same.SOLUTION: The wheelchair fixing device includes a slide pulley 62, a reel 30r configured to take up a right wire 12r, and a fixing member 21 for fixing the proximal end of a left wire 12f to the vehicle side.
