A health condition remote monitoring system includes at least one physiological-signal-detecting device, a plurality of data-transmitting devices, a coordinator and a computer device. The physiological-signal-detecting device is used to detect physiological signals and to transmit them to the data-transmitting device. The data-transmitting device transmits the physiological signals to the coordinator which can further transmit the physiological signals to the computer device.
