A headphone device and a method for monitoring physiological condition are provided. The headphone device includes a headphone, a physiological sensor device and a physiological monitor device. The physiological sensor device is disposed on the headphone and senses a physiological data of a user, wherein the physiological data includes a pulse data and a body temperature data. The physiological monitor device is connected to the physiological sensor device and stores a normal physiological data range including a normal pulse range and a normal body temperature range.
