PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device which enables adjustment of exercise strength in accordance with the physical strength and physique of a user and provides for reasonable various exercises in water only by changing the movement of water by using a buoyance while remaining in a bathing posture when healing his/her mind and body and relaxing in bathing, which everybody would daily perform.SOLUTION: An underwater exercise device allows the user to do an exercise mainly of a hand, arm and shoulder by erecting two rod-like devices as fluid equipment having a pumping function one by one on both sides of the body soaked in a bathtub in a sitting position, and pulling up and pushing down a handle on the upper part of the device. The adjustment of exercise strength can be easily made by changing the size of a water intake and an exhaust port as a passage for water which flows in and out of the device. The handle can be fixed to a desired position by closing only the exhaust port. A buoyancy of water acting on the body enables feely doing an exercise of the body such as chin-up exercise and hanging exercise, and the device is useable regardless of the physical strength of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】誰もが日常的に持つであろう入浴という心身を癒し、リラックスをする時に入浴したままの姿勢で浮力を利用し、使う人の体力、体型に合わせた運動強度の調整を水の動きを変えるだけで実現、水の中で無理のない多様なエクササイズを実現できる運動器具を提供する。【解決手段】浴槽に座位にて浸っている身体の両脇に流体機械であるポンプ機能を持つ棒状の器具を1本ずつ両側で2本立て、器具上部のハンドルを引き上げたり押し下げたりして、手や腕、肩などを中心としたエクササイズができる、また運動強度の調整は、器具に出入りする水の通り道である吸水口、排水口の大きさを変えることで簡単に実現でき、且つ排水口だけを閉じておくことで、任意の位置でハンドルを固定することができ、懸垂運動やぶら下がりなど身体に働く水の浮力で身体を自由にエクササイズできる、使う人の体力に関係なく利用できるものである。【選択図】図1
