PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening device having a simple structure and the low number of parts, promoting growth through necessarily and sufficiently letting roots of a plant stretch and last sufficiently long. SOLUTION: This wall surface greening device is formed in a hollow panel-like shape having a front plate part 2 and a back plate part 2 and has a device body 6 to be set along the outer wall surface of a building T. The device is so structured that many planting opening parts 7 are formed on the front plate part 1 of the hollow panel-like device body 6, soil avoiding penthouse parts 8 projecting to the inside of the device body 6 are formed on the upper half side of each planting opening part 7 and planting soil receiving parts 9 projecting to the outside of the device body 6 are formed on the lower half side, planting soil is filled in the inside of the hollow panel-like device body 6 and each planting soil receiving part 9, and a plant P is planted from the planting soil receiving part 9.
