Provided is a method for manufacturing a denture using a putty which reduces manufacturing costs by simplifying processes. The method for manufacturing the denture comprises the following steps: i) providing a denture model； ii) providing a putty mold by covering the denture model with the putty and curing the same； iii) providing an investment model by injecting the investment into the putty mold； iv) casting a frame for denture using the investment model； v) fixing the frame for denture on the denture model； vi) fixing the artificial teeth on the frame for denture using artificial gum； vii) providing a molding box which surrounds the artificial teeth and artificial gum using the second putty； viii) removing the artificial gum； and ix) curing at room temperature by providing the resin to a space surrounded by the second putty.
