PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe driving device which can stably hold.SOLUTION: The syringe driving device 11 includes: a cylinder fixing part 16 for fixing a cylinder 15 of a syringe 13 a handle 17 for supporting a lower face of the cylinder fixing part 16 a plunger holding part 18 for holding a plunger 14 of the syringe 13 a rack for connecting to the plunger holding part 18 arranging to clip the cylinder 15 on both sides a gear mechanism part 21 provided on the side of the plunger holding part 18 than the handle 17 which moves the rack a motor 22 for giving driving force to the gear mechanism part 21 and a support pad 23 provided on the side of the plunger holding part 18 than the handle 17 which supports at least the other lower face of the cylinder fixed part or the gear mechanism part 21.
