PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire configured to reduce adhesion of a living thing without deteriorating sealability.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire comprises a sealant layer positioned inside in a radial direction of an inner liner. A surface inside in the radial direction of the sealant layer is exposed to an inner cavity of the tire. The sealant layer includes a repellent. Preferably the repellent is an animal-repelling component, an insect-repelling component or a mixture thereof. Preferably, the repellent is a mixture of at least one kind of animal-repelling component and at least one kind of insect-repelling component. Preferably, the material of the sealant layer is a sealant material including a base material rubber of 100 pts.mass and a repellent of 2 pts.mass or more and 30 pts.mass or less.
