PURPOSE: A tube type cell culture scaffold and a producing apparatus of the same are provided to be able to produce a scaffold in more various types, and simply implement a structure of a collecting unit and a fixed axis so as to facilitate processing of the collecting unit, considering the characteristics of a scaffold for cell culture that the diameter is small. CONSTITUTION: A tube type cell culture scaffold is produced in a tube type, with two or more overlapping layers in a radial direction, of which each layer has a different form from each other. The tube type cell culture scaffold includes a first type ejected material that is formed by a biological adaptation material forming a scaffold is ejected in a radius direction continuously or discontinuously； a second type ejected material that is formed into a straight line form in a longitudinal direction, while being repetitively formed in the radius direction being space apart from each other； and a third type ejected material that is formed into a film form to culture cells not mixing endothelial cells and perithelial cells.
