PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crumpling and twisting machine for simpler and space-saving treatment, while a conventional batch-type crumpling and twisting machine requires several tens of minutes for the step from charging once to discharging.SOLUTION: First means including an endless belt 1 and a stationary plate 2 located opposite to the lower face of the endless belt 1 crumples tea leaves between the lower face of the endless belt 1 and the stationary plate 2 with pressure. Second means includes the stationary plate 2 provided with a rugged duk 3A. Third means includes the stationary plate 2 provided with an opening 4. Fourth means includes the stationary plate 2 with a terminal being curved along the endless belt 1, allowing tea leaves to be placed on the top face of the endless belt 1. Fifth means includes the endless belt 1 of which speed can be changed. Sixth means includes a space adjuster 7 for changing the gap between the endless belt 1 and the stationary plate 2. Seventh means includes a presser plate 6 for pressing the lower face of the endless belt 1 from above. When the size of tea leaves crumpled with pressure at the crumpling and pressing face becomes smaller than the opening 4, the tea leaves drop through the opening 4 so as to be transferred to the subsequent crumpling and drying step.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の揉捻機は、回分式で、一度入れると取り出すまでに数十分かかるので、もっと簡単に、省スペースで処理することができる機械を提供する。【解決手段】第1手段は、無端帯1と、無端帯1の下面に対するように位置する固定板2とからなり、無端帯1の下面と固定板2との間で茶葉Tを揉圧する。第2手段は、前記固定板2には凹凸状のダク3Aを設ける。第3手段は、前記固定板2には開孔4を設ける。第4手段は、前記固定板2の終端は無端帯1に沿ってカーブし、茶葉を無端帯1の上面へのせる。第5手段は、前記無端帯1の速度を変更自在とする。第6手段は、前記無端帯1と前記固定板2の間隔を変更自在とする間隔調節具7を設ける。第7手段は、前記無端帯1の下面を上側から押さえる押さえ板6を設ける。茶葉は揉圧面で揉圧され、開孔4より小さくなると、開孔4を通り抜けて落下し、次の揉乾工程に送られる。【選択図】図1
