PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nourishment steamed rice rolled by a lotus leaf capable of easily manufacturing, storing, and distributing is provided. CONSTITUTION: A young lotus leaf is collected in August-September. The collected young leaf is sterilized in vinegar water. Nourishment steamed rice is evenly spread on the one side of the sterilized lotus leaf which is in the state of being spread. The nourishment steamed rice is completed by rolling a young lotus leaf. The nourishment steamed rice is wrapped up in a vacuum. The young lotus leaf is about 30cm-40cm in diameter. The young lotus leaf is kept frozen at or below -15 deg. C when storing after collecting. The nourishment steamed rice includes glutinous rice 90g, brown rice 8g, a kind of small bean 7g, black rice 5g, ginkgo nut 1g, jujube 1g, peanut 0.5g, pine nut 0.5g, and walnut 1g. The nourishment steamed rice includes more filling material by stacking at least one or more among a fermented food, a vegetable food, and a fish meat processed food in one spread side.
