PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional traction therapy apparatus performs the traction by tilting a chair-shaped bed rearward into a traction position, however, the tilt angle of the chair bed is fixed to a horizontal or a predetermined angle in the traction position or an angle formed between a seat part and a backrest part is also fixed, the lower legs are often positioned higher than the upper half body, and the blood much distributed in the lower half body before the traction therapy moves to the upper half body during the traction therapy to cause the increase in the blood pressure or affect the cerebral blood vessel or the like, or a belt type device is used for a waist device for fixing the waist, however, it cannot sufficiently fix the waist to cause the deviation of the waist during the traction and lower the therapy effect.SOLUTION: This apparatus can change the tilting angle of the chair bed according to the state of a patient and the angle between the seat part and the backrest part to prevent the blood from excessively moving to the upper half body. A pad is provided in the waist belt to surely fix the patient to the chair bed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】従来の椅子状の臥台を後方に傾倒させて牽引位にして牽引をおこなう牽引治療器では、牽引位でほぼ水平か又は所定の角度になるように臥台の傾倒角度は固定されていた。また、着座部と背もたれ部のなす角度も固定で、下肢が上半身よりも高い位置にあった。このため、牽引治療前には下半身に多く分布していた血液が、牽引治療中には上半身に移動し、血圧が高くなったり脳血管等に影響を及ぼすことがあった。また、腰を固定する腰装具はベルト式のもの等が用いられていたが、十分に固定できず、牽引中に腰がずれて治療効果が低下するという問題もあった。【課題を解決する手段】臥台の傾倒角度を、患者の状態に応じて変更できるようにし、また、着座部と背もたれ部の角度を変更できるようにして、血液が過度に上半身に移動しないようにした。さらに、腰ベルトにパッドを設けて固定を確実におこなえるようにした。【選択図】図1
