PURPOSE: A pH-sensitive copolymer and a polymersome using the same are provided to express sustained release according to pH condition in human body. CONSTITUTION: A pH-sensitive polymersome contains copolymers including 10-70 wt% of poly(beta-amino ester), 30-80 wt% of polylactic acid-based compounds, and 1-10 wt% of polyethylene glycol-based compounds. The molar ratio of the poly(beta-amino ester) compounds, polylactic acid-based compounds, and polyethylene glycol-based compounds is 10:24:1-10:5:1. The polymersomes contain copolymers including biocompatible and pH-sensitive compounds(A), hydrophilic and biodegradable compounds(B), and hydrophobic and biodegradable compounds(C).본 발명은 질환의 진단 및 치료를 위한 다양한 진단제와 다양한 치료제 전달을 위한 전달체로서 사용 가능할 수 있는 pH 민감성 공중합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 폴리머좀(polymersome) 약물 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 pH에 따라 물에 대한 용해도 특성을 갖는 폴리(β-아미노 에스터) 화합물에 원래 가지고 있는 pH 민감성기외에 측쇄로 하이드록실기를 갖도록 분자설계한 후에 락타이드를 개환중합을 통해 공중합시켜 소수성 블록을 형성시킨 후에 친수성 블록으로말단이 카르복실기로 치환된 폴리에틸렌글리콜 화합물을 공중합시킴으로써, 소수성 및 친수성 약물 양쪽다 전달이 가능한 pH 민감성 폴리(β-아미노 에스터)-폴리락틱산-폴리에틸렌글리콜 공중합체 및 이의 제조방법, 상기 공중합체를 포함하는 폴리머좀형 진단제 및 약물전달을 위한 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
