PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric knife device capable of inspecting a high-frequency leakage current and a high-frequency output current further efficiently.SOLUTION: An electric knife device comprises: a power supply part 4 for generating a high-frequency current an electrode socket part for supplying the generated high-frequency current to an electrode, and recovering the supplied high-frequency current an inspection part 10 for measuring and inspecting a high-frequency leakage current or a high-frequency output current in the electric knife device by receiving the supply of the high-frequency current an input switcher 16 for supplying the high-frequency current to one of the electrode socket part and the inspection part and a control part 2 for controlling the operation of the entire device. The inspection part includes a load resistance switcher 11 for applying a load to the supplied high-frequency current, and a current detector 12 for detecting a current value of the high-frequency current to which the load has been applied by the load resistance switcher 11.
