PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrosurgical unit inspection device for appropriately and efficiently performing an inspection about the high frequency leak current and high frequency output current of an electrosurgical unit such as an electrotome device, and also to provide an electrosurgical unit inspection system, an electrotome inspection device, and an electrotome inspection system.SOLUTION: The electrosurgical unit inspection device 30 inspects the electrosurgical unit 10 including: first electrode parts 11 for supplying power to a surgical probe second electrode parts 12 for performing energization between the second electrode parts 12 and the first electrode parts 11 via the surgical probe and a power source part for supplying power to a part between the first electrode parts 11 and the second electrode parts 12, where a power source adjustment part for adjusting an output, on the basis of an input signal, is arranged.
